I’M WEARING: Button up shirt (Bossini) / Shorts (Emraan Rajput) / Hank Toms(Stoneage) / necklace, wooden ring and wristband/beads(flea market finds) / Round Shades (9 lines)

Summer has arrived in Australia and what better way to go about it but with a classic look. Found this really cool wall artwork that was fun and I was like why not. One can never go wrong without a basic white cotton shirt (a staple in pretty much every guy’s wardrobe…yes even hipsters). It is as classic as an LBD. I had these shorts from Emraan Rajput’s denimology collection but never got around wearing them until now. The printed Hank toms from Stoneage are fun and add that unusual element to the look without taking away from it. A look that one can head off to beach to, I rounded off the look with a blue and white necklace, some wooden rings and wooden beaded wrist bands to lend it a bit of a  laid back beachy bohemian air.

I’M WEARING: Jacket (Cambridge) / How to be a Gentleman Tee (9 lines) / Denim(Levis) / Socks(NEXT) / Boots(Stoneage) / metallic bow(TOPMAN) / rings(flea market)

Basically doing pretty much opposite of what the tee says.. lol.. wanted to try out a denim on denim look again but with a slight bit twist therefore went with this layered look. The jacket is nice for summers so nothing really to worry about much and adds a perfect layer for winters. I just buttoned the top button, letting the tee show through the rest of the opening of the jacket. I love the cheeky tee giving all pointers on how to be a gentleman. Adding in the metallic bow to add in that extra detail is always the sign of being one ;)..hehe and even if you are not one you do need to pay attention to detail. There in comes in the two different colored socks. I wore my basic skinny jeans for this since they were the perfect length to show off the two socks (from two different pairs of course) complimenting each other perfectly. The slight pop of green and red adds in the perfect needed color accent to the whole look which is rounded off with brown suede boots from stoneage and rings from flea markets.

I’M WEARING: Shirt (Levis) / Pants (Zainab Market) / Desert Boots (1st step) / Necklace (Stoneage) / Rings (Flea market finds) / Shades (Factorie)

How do you spend a casual summer Saturday? Finally found some time as the semester just ended!! phew. The mint green cotton shirt from levis keeps it light and breezy and the berry colored chinos compliment the mint without resorting to the usual choice of a navy/black pants. Experimenting out options never hurt anyone. I wanted to try this combo for a while and though a bit unexpected, but again that is where the fun lies. I rounded off the look with some navy desert boots to give a bit of a semi formal vibe to the look (for those who work on Saturdays) and avoid the look from being overtly casual. Finishing it off with metallic aviators that I found in a FACTORIE store, I just had to get them. Accessorizing it with a feather necklace from stoneage, some rings and a midi ring and woven band from Shehla Chatoor.
